Looking to add 1 driver to our small family-owned company.
What we offer:
• Minimum $1,400/week guaranteed with 5 workdays
• $1,500–$1,800 average weekly pay
• $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)
• Monday–Friday schedule unless requested otherwise
• GUARUNTEED weekends off
• Many drivers finish early Friday before noon.
• 5 workdays guaranteed
• Brand new equipment 2026-2027
• Breakdown pay daily
• Weekly pay - we do not hold back a week; you will be paid the first week you work.
• Off Christmas Eve through the day after New Year’s for the holidays with your family.
The lane:
Consistent run hauling poles to Southern Illinois twice a week with reloads coming back home.
Very little tarping (usually once a week at most).
We are a small company with only 10 employees, so you’re not just a number here. We take care of our drivers and treat everyone with respect.
Pay structure:
Drivers are typically 1099 and paid percentage, but W-2 employment can be discussed if required. We’re also open to discussing pay per mile instead of percentage depending on what works best for the driver.
