Project Overview:
Seeking an experienced drywall installer and finisher for a 16-room apartment project. The scope includes full drywall installation, finishing, and preparation for paint across all units and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings
* Hang, secure, and align drywall to framing (metal or wood studs)
* Tape joints and seams using mesh or paper tape
* Apply multiple coats of joint compound (mudding)
* Sand and smooth surfaces to a paint-ready finish (Level 4 or Level 5 as specified)
* Repair any imperfections, cracks, or surface defects
* Install corner beads and trim as needed
* Ensure all work meets building codes and project specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Coordinate with other trades on-site (electricians, plumbers, painters)
