We are a small, fast‑moving construction company hiring reliable workers who want consistent work, clear direction, and the chance to move up.
We run tight 3‑person crews on residential and light commercial projects. If you show up, work hard, and follow systems, you’ll have steady opportunity here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Job site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling
• Carpentry, framing, tiling, plumbing, and finish work (based on skill level)
• Follow lead direction; step into leadership if capable
• Maintain tools, safety, and jobsite order
• Communicate clearly to hit schedules and quality standards
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable transportation & punctual
• Able to lift, carry, and work physically
• Basic hand tools (trade tools a plus)
• Valid ID; background/drug screen if required
• Strong work ethic & coachable attitude
• Experience welcome — NOT required for laborers
PAY & ADVANCEMENT
• $18/hr starting – up to $25/hr based on skills & reliability
• Raises based on performance, not time served
• Leadership and specialty roles available for top performers
