We are a small, fast‑moving construction company hiring reliable workers who want consistent work, clear direction, and the chance to move up. We run tight 4‑person crews on residential and light commercial projects. If you show up, work hard, and follow systems, you’ll have a steady opportunity here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Job site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling
• Carpentry, framing, tiling, plumbing, and finish work (based on skill level)
• Follow lead direction; step into leadership if capable
• Maintain tools, safety, and jobsite order
• Communicate clearly to hit schedules and quality standards
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable transportation & punctual
• Able to lift, carry, and work physically
• Must have their own tools!
• Valid ID; background/drug screen if required
• Strong work ethic & coachable attitude
• Experience required. / Skills testing at the interview is required!
PAY & ADVANCEMENT
• $19/hr starting – up to $27/hr based on skills & reliability
• Raises based on performance, not time served
