I have a church friend whose home burned down. EMC gave him a $5,000 grant to fix up his tiny home. It is 14’ X 16’ tiny home. He needs Metal siding installed on 3 sides and one side will have V grooved wood on one it. Metal flashing at roof and corners. He has metal siding material and wood siding on sight. Only new item is flashing material that will be custom made. He has electrical material and new electrical panel. He needs the plumbing rough in and bath room built. EMC will pay at completion with LLC papers and certificate of insurance with photos of before and after and invoice for work
