I am looking in West Mobile, AL, or Southeast MS (Lucedale/George/Jackson County).What I Need: A basic, clean mobile home or RV provided by the owner. It must have fully active and working electricity, water, and septic hookups.Vehicle & Storage Needs: I have personal utility trailers and boats that I must keep on the property with me. Because I do not drive a 4x4, the driveway and parking area must be solid, packed ground accessible by a standard road-riding vehicle, even when it rains.What I am Offering: Up to $300–$500 a month in cash rent, PLUS 8 to 10 hours of dedicated property labor every single week.My Hands-On Skills: I can handle property mending, fence repairs, clearing brush, looking after livestock/animals, property security, and general handyman maintenance.
