Team USA Body Shop is looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a key role in our shop, supporting both our team and our customers while keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
* Greet customers and manage front desk activities
* Handle scheduling, phone calls, and customer communication
* Maintain organized files and records (both digital and paper)
* Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
* Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure efficient workflow
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Bi-lingual
* Previous office management or administrative experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Friendly, professional communication and customer service
* Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
* Basic computer and office software skills
* Automotive or collision repair experience is a plus, but not required
