For SALE or trade for vintage guitars:
I'm reluctantly selling this piece of art that has been in my family since approximately 1918. We are downsizing and there will not be ample room to display this. My father, George M. Ferrell was born in 1897 and was awarded this picture for his accomplishments on violin in his early 20's. It is one of the rare Frank Tuchfarber lithographs of William Harnett's amazing trompe l'oeil painting "The Old Violin". Since Tuchfarber's technique involved applying a chromo lithograph on the BACK of the glass, it's pretty incredible that this large 33" x 44" piece has survived travelling the world with my dad as well as making several moves since I've owned it!
Priced to sell, cash or card. Only trades that would be considered would be vintage guitars.
