Three bedroom two bathroom mobile home on large private lot. Located on Lott Road about 1 mile from Schillinger Road. Includes stove, refrigerator, central heat and air. Large front and back yard; if you are unable to maintain the grass during the spring and summer months, a $100 monthly fee will be added to the rent for lawn care.
