The condo sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa in the living area for additional sleeping (not a pull-out). Two full bathrooms in total.
The property includes direct beach access by private boardwalk, three pools (outdoor, indoor heated, and a smaller kiddie pool), a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and pickleball. There is also a grilling area and gazebo on site.
It’s located close to several local spots including SanRoc Cay Marina, Adventure Island, The Wharf, and Gulf State Park Pier.
Parking requires a pass ($70 per stay), which is handled before arrival. No street parking is available.
Must be 25 or older to book. No parties or events. Occupancy limits are enforced. Verification required.
